Laura

Laura is the best teacher ever! She is so good at explaining challenging gramatical concepts and incorporating them into conversation practice. I have learned so much from her. In addition, she is friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend Laura to anyone working on their Spanish.

I am so glad to have found Laura on iTalki. Her teaching methods are super effective both in class as well as the materials and homework she selects. She is so kind and patient and I immediately felt comfortable speaking with her. I look forward to continuing learning with her!

Laura es una profesora extraordinaria. Explica la gramática paso a paso, sin prisas, como si estuviéra en un curso universitario con la profesora más encantadora. Además, prepara materiales excelentes que comparte generosamente con sus estudiantes (he conocido a profesores que me hacían pagar por cada material que usábamos en clase :/ ). Estoy muy agradecida por su generosidad y el contenido de nuestra clase.

I’ve had several teachers on italki who have all taught me something in learning Spanish. But that being said, with Laura, I’m learning at an even faster pace, especially in speaking the language as a whole. And that’s ultimately what it’s all about. You can receive theory and do exercises, but ultimately, you need to be able to apply it at a conversational level. Laura strikes a great balance between explaining theory and then putting it into practice, which really helps you learn and improve speaking faster and better. Additionally, Laura is just a fantastic and lovely person. I can only recommend her.

Laura est une professeure extraordinaire! Je m'en doutais déjà en parcourant son profil...Elle prend toujours le temps de parcourir la grammaire pas à pas, sans se presser, comme on le ferait dans un cours universitaire, mais avec beaucoup plus de douceur et de bienveillance. Elle prépare toujours du matériel de qualité , avec de beaux designs, et qu’elle partage généreusement avec ses élèves — ce qui est rare et précieux. Grâce à son professionnalisme et à sa patience, chaque cours devient un moment agréable et motivant. On sent vraiment son engagement et sa passion pour l’enseignement. Je me sens très reconnaissante d’apprendre avec elle et je la recommande vivement à toute personne qui souhaite progresser en espagnol avec une professeure compétente et humaine pour un bout de chemin ensemble dans l'apprentissage de langue espagnole. 🙏
