We covered more about introductions and expanded on what I learned last time. We spent some time covering tones, which are quite tricky but I think I’m getting better. We have decided to use the HSK textbook moving forward and will start next lesson. Thanks!

This was my first lesson as a beginner learner of Putonghua. I can already speak Cantonese, so our first lesson was based around figuring out what I already know, practicing tones and pronunciation. Thanks for being a patient and helpful teacher! Looking forward to our next class!
