Hi, I am Evie. I am from Taiwan but currently working in Barcelona (in BD and Operation). I have enjoyed language learning and traveling among other hobbies. I believe that only when people enjoy learning itself, they can really make progress in the subject - this is why I insist on my classes being fun. As culture shapes language, I emphasize the importance of learning by imitating the way local people think and act rather than by translating from students' native language. In this way, I am sure that my students can learn real Chinese and make the most of the lessons with me.5.0

I had my second class with Evie today and I'm truly loving it. Today, I felt like I was struggling a bit with expressing myself in Chinese and she was so patient and so supportive with me! I'm really looking forward to having class with her again soon!

I really like Evie, she is such an enthiousastic teacher that caters the lessons to my interests and level. She is diligent in making sure my pronounciation is correct. I am always happy to start my lessons with her, and feel eager to continue my studies afterwards. I higly recommend Evie as a teacher.

I had a lesson with Evie after a long break of studying Chinese and I loved it! I was so worried before our class since I've forgotten a lot, but she was so patient with me, encouraged me to speak Chinese and helped me a lot. I'm really looking forward to our next class!
