Hsu Jiayun

I love my classes with Jiayun. The times flies by and I always feel motivated after class. She readily adapts the class to my interests and has an impressive collection of resources to supplement the class. She is super kind and encouraging, as well as professional and organized. I am looking forward to progressing with my Mandarin.

There are teachers that are simply good at speaking their mother tongue. Jiayun however is that kind of a teacher that knows every trick in the book. She literally knows every online tool and language smartphone app and she’s really trying to include new approaches of language learning. I enjoy her lessons a lot and it makes me feel a little awkward when she‘s better prepared than me 😳

Amazing teacher, who helped me a lot with my Mandarin. Skills and knowledge that Frances helps you to gain are invaluable. Frances loves her job and cares about the progress of her students. You'll start speaking Mandarin incredibly soon and your path to excellence will be fun and smooth. I highly and sincerely recommend Frances to everyone who wants to master this not-so-easy language.

Today we switched things up. Since I want to practice my listening skills more, we are going through short video or podcast clips and talking about them. I really like this so far, and it's going to be a massive help when it comes to understanding Taiwanese news content. 謝謝老師！ :)

Jayun is a good teacher time flies and you come out of class a little more smarter I definitely recommend her she has a great attitude and is fluent in English mandarin of course also in Spanish I enjoy my lessons looking forward to more and becoming fluent in mandarin
