After trying out multiple teachers on iTalki and other platforms, I finally found Yunus Bey. His teaching style is exactly what I was looking for. He is patient and really takes the time to explain things clearly. His strong command of English makes it easy to get through tough topics, and his teaching style is fun, effective, and extremely supportive. I always look forward to our lessons, especially our chats about current events and Turkish culture. Whether you're just starting out or you're more advanced, I highly recommend Yunus Bey—he is a great teacher and an awesome human being!

We have had our lessons together for more than 2 years and I always enjoy working with Yunus! Such a friendly teacher, every time he finds something new and unusual to discuss. As I am a teacher myself, sometimes I find it hard to find a tutor, but in case of Turkish I was lucky at the first try. Would totally recommend to everyone!

Yunus is, without a doubt, an exceptionally gifted and effective Turkish that any student would be lucky to have. He is patient, organized, adaptable, and able to effortlessly adapt and guide his students through even the most advanced concepts. Even though I have been studying Turkish with many teachers for a long time, I have been astounded by how much progress I have made since working with him. I would highly recommend him for students at any Turkish skill level to achieve their linguistic goals.

So far I've only had 2 lessons with Yunus but I'm already impressed. He offers very good explanations of Turkish grammar with effective examples. He is patient and supportive. Good balance of conversation, grammar, listening, reading, and homework.
