Меня зовут Алиша. Я любительница активного отдыха, обожаю путешествовать в поисках новых впечатлений. Узнавать что-то новое о мире, особенно о разных культурах, меня завораживает. Я мечтаю увидеть весь мир, и знакомство с людьми из разных стран - часть этой мечты. Пока я не достиг этой цели, я с нетерпением жду встречи со студентами из разных стран, которые могут научить меня тому, что им нравится в их культуре, изучая английский язык онлайн.
Когда я не преподаю, мне нравится слушать музыку, писать, ходить в походы, заниматься фотографией, искусством, верховой ездой, читать и т. д., и список моих интересов постоянно растет.

Обучение - это процесс, который никогда не останавливается. Наша задача как педагогов - способствовать обучению и направлять его. Моя философия как преподавателя заключается в том, чтобы помочь студентам достичь успеха и обеспечить полное использование их уникальных навыков и способностей. В классе ученики учатся лучше всего, когда они расслаблены, получают удовольствие и занимаются с осмысленным и продуманным материалом, основанным на их потребностях в обучении. Студенты будут стремиться к достижению целей, оценивая слабые места, включая грамматику, произношение, письмо, чтение и навыки аудирования, и, что самое важное, весело проводя время в увлекательной обстановке! Я использую коммуникативный подход к преподаванию языка (CLT), который позволяет студентам учиться на основе их разговоров, связанных с их интересами, хобби, рабочей средой или целевыми задачами. Вводится новая лексика, наблюдается и практикуется новая грамматика, в то время как ученик увлечен выбранной им темой. Я использую свои навыки, приобретенные за последние годы преподавания, чтобы вернуть образование и энтузиазм в класс. This degree has helped me learn how to teach grammar through writing and reading, while focusing on the educational development of my students needs. TutorClasses were taught to international students one-on-one, focusing on preparing them for essay writing, English examinations, presentations, and interviews. Students were given homework, were taught reading tricks and tips, and practiced general speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills. Students engaged with advanced workbooks and worksheets created by me to ensure their continued growth and success.

TeacherI led independent discussions with students while improving their English scores. Students were given homework, lesson tasks and learned through a PPP approach common to Japanese classroom standards. CLT theory was applied for students to learn in a real-world and applicable setting. Students engaged with the teacher to learn new grammar, test preparation skills, and improve fluency.

Her support went beyond just preparing me for the exam; she played a crucial role in helping me gain admission to the graduate school I wanted.
I particularly struggled with writing. Back in China, the education system doesn’t focus much on English writing, so I was still at a very basic level.
