I have a degree in Communication, a postgraduate Certification in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, and ten years of experience living in the UK and Canada. I have been teaching Spanish since 2019, based on a communicational approach. I prioritise the student's practice time to develop the fluency. As a teacher I aim to strength the student´s confidence to speak the language.
Accuracy is very important but in order to achieve it, practicing is esencial. Based on my personal experience, I believe that we can all speak a second language. It only depends on losing the fear to make mistakes, and see them as opportunities to learn. I offer my student a fun experience, discussing topics that are relevant and interesting. During the lesson I will provide you with guidance on how to express your ideas in the best possible ways with grammar, vocabulary, style and pronunciation advice. I use very up-to-date books collections with loads interesting topics as authentic materials such as videos, audios and articles, and I will prepare homework for you to continue to practice once the class is finished.Мой учебный материал

Alejandra is fantastic and is able to teach at the border of where I'm comfortable so it's constantly challenging and engaging. For someone as introverted as I am, it's great to have someone so easy to talk to and dedicated to teaching.
