Очень понравился урок и преподаватель. Понимать его было легко, если что-то не получалось, он перефразировал. Преподаватель хорошо понял цель моих занятий, возможно даже лучше, чем я ;) . Буду заниматься дальше.

Thank you very much for a great lesson as usual. Josh is very well prepared, attentive and professional. He got a lot of documents to attract the kids also. My son fell in love with his teaching and look forward to it every week. Highly recommend for kids of all ages. Big thumps up :).

I had a disappointing experience. Josh initially confirmed the lesson, but just before it was scheduled to start, he suddenly informed me that he had made a mistake and couldn’t teach the class. He promised to reschedule. As a new user, I wasn’t sure how to proceed; I assumed that since the teacher canceled the lesson, I didn’t need to do anything and the payment would be automatically refunded. However, a few days later, when I opened the app, I saw that the payment for the lesson had been processed. I tried contacting the platform’s customer service but couldn’t reach them, and Josh didn’t respond to my messages either.

I have no words to express how good Josh is...Absolutely fantastic! Literally you will find him more eager and enthusiastic to teach you than you are to learn. He is also setting up a very high bar for other italki teachers that how prepared and detail oriented a language trainer should be.

Josh didn’t turn up for both the trial lesson and a 90 min English lesson that I booked with him. He was unprofessional and didn’t communicate well, cancelling at the last minute for both lessons. For the 90 min lesson he actually convinced me to confirm I had the lesson so he would rebook it but yet again he didn’t turn up the following day and kept me waiting on the zoom for 30 mins. Don’t waste your time and money with this teacher - there’s far better people available who are actually serious and want to help you.

It was an inaugural class but it was very, very good. Josh is very polite and a very interesting and interested teacher. I would recommend him for all community.
