Liliana Escobar

Many thanks to Liliana for another great spanish class. We get on like a house on fire and because of that I am relaxed and at ease and can focus on listening and talking. After sixty odd classes I enjoy them all the more now and always look forward each week to our conversations. We work on all aspects with lots of new words and phrases and, as well, lots of laughs. Soy Aprendiz and it's powerful stuff.

Liliana is such a kind and incredible teacher. I've been working with her for over a year and she's always incredibly kind, funny, supportive and helpful. She kindly corrects me when I make a mistake with my spanish grammar and always comes up with entertaining topics to talk about. Her spanish is very easy to understand and she always gives me the best advice! Gracias Liliana :)

I've been doing weekly lessons with Liliana for 5 years. At the start I knew only a few words, and now (just from having taken lessons with Liliana - almost no other practice!) I can comfortably have a conversation at a normal speed. Her teaching style has been great for every level, changing to faster paced conversation with occasional corrections as I became more fluent. She's really nice, and talking to her is like talking to a good friend. She is also really good at helping me with grammar in a way that doesn't break the flow of conversation, and helping me figure out what vocabulary I'm looking for when I describe a word I don't know. I strongly reccomend her as a teacher for anyone looking to become conversational through fun and engaging lessons!
