Mistakes are never a bad sign for me, but a sign of motivation and improvement. My lessons are individual, based on my student's goals and skills. All of my students have their own google document, where we share our ideas, the materials or the possible homeworks. I like to use different books, and online materials for my lessons. Camp Counselor Camp CanadaI used to be a lifeguard at Camp Kennebec, Ontario. Apart from living with and taking care of my campers, I also held yoga, dance, water sport, and swimming lessons as well. I undertook lifeguard training for this position.

ESL tutor BiboI taught English to teenagers and adults. In the 25-minute lessons, students had the option to decide what they wanted to practice.

Member of Foreign Affairs University of SzegedI had the opportunity to be an active member of the Foreign Affairs Committee at the University of Szeged. My task was to inform foreign students of events and translate their documents from English and Serbian to Hungarian. These documents were required to obtain various scholarships.

Survey Leader Veljko Petrovic SchoolAs survey leader, I was in charge of handing out questionnaires on the topic of youth. It summarised some of the most important questions relating to subjects, such as political view, affiliation, religion, and others. This work perfected my knowledge of the Serbian and Croatian languages.

Camp Staff Long Lake Camp for the ArtsI worked in Long Lake Camp, located in the state of New York. My duties included inventory management and serving food. Thanks to this camp, my knowledge of the English language improved significantly.
2018 - 2018
Server Assistant Grand HotelI served gourmet dishes and beverages in a five-star hotel on Mackinac Island, Michigan. During this job, I developed my English language skills and gained valuable insight into American culture.

I have been learning Hungarian with Karolina for just over a year now.
All her lessons are very enjoyable with excellent and interesting materials that help you develop your day-to-day understanding of the language.
As a teacher she is extremely professional, patient and kind. Leaving you more motivated to learn the language. She works hard to adjust lessons to suit your personal needs, for example covering some of the more complicated grammar points of Hungarian.
I would definatley recommend Karolina as a teacher and have personally developed my confidence and ability in using the language. Which let's face it, is one of more challenging languages to learn but enjoyable at the same time.

I’ve taken a lot of Hungarian lessons with Karolina, and I’ve really enjoyed each of them! She is a great teacher, and amazing at picking up on what level you are and tailoring the lessons so they never feel too hard or too easy. I also like the variety of lessons she creates, they are all really fun and engaging, and I love getting to practice a bunch of different skills.
The best part is that I leave each lesson feeling inspired to keep learning, which is awesome! Thanks Karolina! 😁
