Naim

I’ve studied 7 foreign languages and had over 30 teachers with different approaches. I can confidently say that Naim is an exceptional teacher. I’ve been learning Spanish with him for a month and a half, and I’ll definitely continue. From the start, he understood my goals and consistently meets them. While I had some Spanish knowledge, I needed help with grammar up to a B1 level, and Naim has addressed all of my issues. He prepares each class carefully and creates personalized homework, including his own vocabulary exercises in addition to tasks from online textbooks. I always know what we’re focusing on and why, along with the next steps. Naim uses Google Slides and Docs to explain topics clearly and keeps all class notes organized. Besides being a great teacher, Naim is charismatic, intelligent, and well-traveled. His knowledge of multiple languages helps him explain complex topics through useful analogies. I highly recommend Naim for Spanish classes at any level!

I have had many classes with Naim now and I would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone. He’s friendly, patient and speaks well. His demeanour is infectious and he’s a pro; he makes you feel comfortable and that you can speak about whatever. The classes are fun and he is just nice to speak to. As a learner of languages himself, he understands the problems and challenges we often face and he has the ability to easily explain them in a way many others lack. I have enjoyed all of our classes and they have become one of the highlights of my week. I would consider him as much a friend as a teacher and I am glad I chose him. I asked him to explain to me about the Spanish Civil War in today's lesson, and he explained it with simple words that i could understand. the lesson materials effectively captured the key content and included a variety of visuals along with the recommended song. I wanted the perspective of spanish, and i was content because the story was so vivid. Best teacher ever :3

Over the course of 20 months, Naim has taken me from humble beginnings to where I am today. I recently took the C1 DELE exam, and everyone is amazed at the advanced level I’ve achieved in just over a year and a half. The journey with him has been both fun and rewarding, and one I’ll never regret starting. His lessons are always engaging and focused on what I need most, and delivered in a way that doesn’t feel like work. If I ever have any doubts or misunderstandings, Naim always knows how to explain things in a way that just fits; he has a talent in helping visualise concepts rather than relying on outdated, rigid and arbitrary methods used by the majority. Even with my now advanced level, I shall continue this enjoyable journey with Naim, with more advanced topics and grammar, and continue developing my Galician-language ability. After my move to Galicia this upcoming year, I expect to take the CELGA 4 and pass with flying colours. Mi metamorfosis en gallego ya ha comenzado 😝

Llevo más de un año aprendiendo castellano con Naim y no podría estar más satisfecho con mi elección. Mi nivel ha mejorado notablemente, no solo en aspectos técnicos como la gramática y el vocabulario, sino también en mi capacidad para pensar y comprender el idioma de forma intuitiva y natural. Naim destaca por su habilidad para personalizar las clases según mis necesidades específicas y su infinita paciencia para resolver cualquier duda o dificultad que surja.
