지은 Jieun

Jieun is on another level. I think she's now my favorite teacher I've ever had. The lessons are comfortable and informative. She seems to know exactly when to let me try to get though stuff on my own or when to step in and help. Each lesson is the highlight of my week and now my son takes lessons from her too. You won't find a better Korean teacher out there in my opinion!

Today we started talking about directions, and asking how to get somewhere. It was helpful to be able to use where I live as an example to explain where I usually go and how I get there. Jieun easily helps reinforce all that you learn in a such a gentle way that it doesn’t feel like a hard class, but learning with a good friend -even when we use a textbook! Class is always fun and lively, and I learn a lot every time!

Jieun is an excellent teacher and she is so patient and very good at explaining. She was able to tailor my lessons to my specific needs and level. As I am planning an immediate trip to Korea, she did my recent lessons focused on travel Korean.

Probably the best teacher on this platform. She’s very patient and understanding. Gauges your learning level very accurately and creates a learning pace that will best benefit you, relieving all stress. I know I tend to feel overwhelmed fairly easy but she always encourages and reassures me I’m doing well. Class is always fun.😄✨
