I really enjoy my Spanish lessons with Emmanuel. He explains things clearly and in a way that feels encouraging. The lessons are well structured, but still relaxed and conversational, which helps me feel confident speaking. He’s patient, attentive, and adapts the lessons to my level and goals. I always leave the class feeling motivated and more comfortable using Spanish. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to learn Spanish.

It's been a while (2 years) since I last used italki and I loved coming back and booking a class with Emmanuel. Hace tiempo que no practiqué español aquí en italki. Me gustó nuestro clase de hoy y ahora quiero continuar. Muchas gracias :)

He amazing in all aspects

Not only is Emmanuel the most naturally gifted language teacher I have encountered, but his preparation and professionalism help rank him as the best of the Italki teachers. He manages the classes effortlessly from casual conversation to prepared materials. During all points of the class, he will talk about culture, teach new words, help with pronunciation, and so much more. The thing he does undoubtable better than any other teach is GIVE CORRECTIONS, which I love. He gives a good variety and amount of corrections (pronunciations, word choices, verb conjugations, etc. etc.) and does so in an extremely nice manner while keeping the conversation and class going. He also gives the right number corrections, meaning he doesn't bog down the class with them. Emmanuel is so much better than other professors that cost much more than him. He is absolutely the best and really should charge more!! I always look forward to chatting with him. He's nice, interesting, and THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an enjoyable conversation with Emmanuel! He reached out beforehand to ask what I might be interested in doing for our session and accordingly prepared a news article that we read and discussed. I learned new vocabulary words (e.g., ‘aledaña,’ ‘caricatura,’ ‘pichones,’ ‘archipiélago’) in such a memorable way, and he provided grammar corrections, as well. His overall demeanor was stupendous- professional but warm and kind. ¡Gracias, Emmanuel!
