Lorena

Lorena is an excellent teacher, and lessons with her are always helpful and fun! We discuss a wide variety of topics, and she brings in varied readings and activities that stimulate further conversation. I appreciate how Lorena takes the time to correct (in the chat window) my small errors without interrupting the flow of the conversation. And she frequently provides assignments for further practice, which she helpfully reviews and corrects on her own time. I look forward to our lessons and feel that my Spanish is improving a great deal!

I am learning a great deal of Spanish with Lorena. I still have a long way to go, but know that I am in good hands with her. The effort that she puts forth with her students is way beyond what I pay for lessons. It’s way underpriced in my humble opinion. I say this because I see price comparisons for lessons. She has patience, always on time, reliable, challenges me to be better with exercises and homework, very enthusiastic and frankly makes the session fun. The hour flys by. I have had other instructors on this platform and they do not even compare to Lorena. They just talk for an hour and are not enthusiastic. You can tell she is passionate towards her students learning and progressing. She is highly recommended!! I hope to learn Spanish full circle with Lorena’s help.

Lorena is an excellent teacher! During each lesson, we have interesting and lively conversations and then typically focus on a particular article or grammar topic. She also provides assignments and sends timely feedback. Overall, our lessons lessons are both enjoyable and quite helpful, and in the two years we have studied together, my Spanish has improved a great deal.

I have taken over 125 classes with Lorena and have no intention of stopping. She is a wonderful, kind, patient teacher and she has helped me grow tremendously over the last year. She has accommodated my schedule on numerous occasions and never seems to run out of exercises and worksheets. My journey learning Spanish has been an interesting and difficult one and she is helping me reach my goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to begin or continue their Spanish journey.
