Hello! my name is Ashley. I'm from Johannesburg, South Africa. I have studied a Bachelor of technology degree in Electrical engineering at the Tshwane University of Technology. In my spare time, I love cooking, watching movies and walking in parks. I enjoy being an English tutor as it gives me an opportunity to meet amazing people. As a tutor, my focus is to help break down difficult concepts in a way that allows students greater comprehension and understanding to their course material. I cater my lesson according to my student’s needs, proficiency and goals. I teach students from different age groups and English levels.Мои уроки и стиль преподавания
As a community tutor, I will be providing casual conversation practice to help my students with their pronunciation and fluency. Speaking is the most important course in learning and acquiring a language. My lessons will also include, grammar corrections, vocabulary suggestions, sentence constructions and practice reading. Speaking English can cause a greater anxiety for students, my lessons will also include helping my students develop confidence and overcome the fear of speaking English in their context or publicly.
