Hello! My name is Shōta. I'm 23 years old and was a college student. I am living in Sun Peaks, BC, Canada. I studied English Liguistics. I've been studying English since I was 6. My hobbies are watching YouTube and Netflix, playing sports, photography, and hanging out with my friends. I like Disney, fantasy, sci-fi, and comedy stuff. I try to teach you Japanese as fun as possible, and I want you to enjoy learning it. I'll help you to learn it thoroughly depending on your level, so you don't need to worry about anything. In addition, if I just use only textbooks or something, probably you feel bored, so you can learn new words and some phrases from our conversation. And also I teach you what you want to learn now or what you're struggling with. So every time you have my class, you can tell me, then I'll help you. Shōta is a very kind and understanding teacher! He has experience studying English and can easily connect difficult ideas in Japanese to something more familiar for English speakers. I'd definitely recommend his classes to anyone looking for a relaxing learning environment!

Though everything was a little rocky he always made sure that I wasn’t too hard on myself about trying to understand the lesson all at once. There’s laughs here and there but I understand the lesson. This is what fun learning really is.😊

Thank You for helping me review, an assignment I had for my class! Shota is very patient when it comes to figuring out what and how to understand Japanese. Though it may take me a while to get it he understands from my point of view to make things clearer. So, Thank You!
