I have in-person experience teaching social studies, science, health, Cambridge exam, and conversational english to english language learners. I am a very patient person, and make it a point to always encourage my students and congratulate them on small victories. As a language learner myself, I understand the importance of being able to make mistakes without feeling bad about it. You are learning, and making mistakes is what helps you to learn. I want you to make mistakes, and I will be your supporter as you do so. One day you will be able to speak like a native speaker if you don't give up! I try to adapt my teaching style to the learning style of each student. In general, I avoid worksheets as I don't think they help you to learn as much as a real life situation. You can tell me the specific areas that you would like to improve, and I will create lessons related to your interests. In addition, I have experience in teaching english pronunciation, so I can help you with things such as tongue position, intonation etc. As I learn about you and your interests I will recommend things in english that you can use outside of class. Podcasts, movies, etc that I think you will enjoy. You will also be able to send me messages outside of class with questions, or audios of you speaking etcМой учебный материал

I loveeeee having conversations with Sophia, she is always energetic, encouraging and correcting my grammar and pronunciation errors. The notes are uploaded to Google doc by Sophia, so I can easily track, review my errors, amazing!!! Always looking forward to talk to her! I am more confident in speaking! Thank you!
