I'm a from Bogotá, Colombia, so my native language is Spanish, I also speak English and French. I have a bachelor's degree in Languages (Spanish, English and French) from the Libre University of Bogotá. I have lived in the US and in France. I love learning about other cultures and helping others to achieve their language goals. I have always been passionate about languages and I'm very open-minded and patient with people. I have taught languages to children, teens and adults. I like to use a communicative approach to make the student have confidence while speaking. Speaking is reinforced thanks to grammar, reading and listening activitites from real life situations. I like to get feedback so students get to know if they are doing well and how well they're progressing in class. I'm very patient, I assign homeworks so students practise outside the class and if they have any doubts they can ask them the next lesson.Мои уроки и стиль преподавания
It depends on the person and the level he/she is at, but I usually start teaching useful expressions and some grammar as well, cause it is the basis to speak correctly a language. When students start getting more vocabulary and they are more confident, I make them read or listen to YouTube videos related to the topic we are talking about. I always try to use the target language during class and the communicative approach. I give feedback at the end of the lessons and I also ask for the class' feedback, to know how the student felt and to think what I can probably do for next class (if I have to change any activity or if I have to bring more activities to reinforce the topic).Мой учебный материал
