After 29 lessons (90 mins each), it was time to leave a proper review. It took us about 5 sessions to get into our groove and adjust to my learning style, but sticking with it was the best decision! I prefer visual learning over text memorization, and Bam adapted brilliantly. She uses great images to make concepts intuitive and guides me through learning to read Thai with immense patience. Thai is my 5th language and a tough nut to crack. During a trip to Thailand, her advice was invaluable: she gave practical tips, explained cultural nuances, and taught me about local food. The real-world results were fantastic: I chatted with taxi drivers in Bangkok, and even deciphered dishes in Thai script on menus—like ข้าวกะเพราไก่ไข่ดาว (Khao Pad Krapow Kai Dao) or ไส้กรอกอีสาน (Sai Krok Isan)! At food stalls, I could ask for less chili, order a second portion, and compliment the cook. I am very grateful for our sessions and will certainly continue learning with her. Highly recommended! 🙏

Really good first lesson. Almost the whole hour was in Thai, which is exactly what I wanted. We worked through her own material and she was very good at correcting my mistakes, and teaching me new words and phrases. My Thai is self-taught and uneven, and she handled that well. Booking more.
