Keng Malisa

ผมเรียนภาษาไทยกันครูเก่ง 10 เดือนแล้ว เขาเป็นครูดีมากและเป็นคนใจบุญและใจเย็น ผมเรียนรู้มากและผมชอบเรียน I have been learning with Keng for about 10 months now. She is patient and kind, and so thoughtful in the way she tailors her lessons. Sometimes we spend entire lessons digging into differences in phrasing between languages, and it means a lot to me that she's willing to think through these questions with me and help me find the words that I'm looking for. Even though I don't always have a lot of study time during the week, she's always happy to pick up at whatever point I got to. I am very grateful to Keng for her encouraging instruction, and am excited to continue learning from her in the new year! สวัสดีปีใหม่!

I have been studying Thai with kruu Malisa for almost a year now and I can confidently say that she has been one of the best educators that I have ever met. Every time you enter her classroom she greets you with a smile and than continues to teach you with her beautifully organized lesson plans. In this short time she has tough me to be able to read and speak Thai to a point that I wouldn’t have thought possible the previous year. I had been learning Thai language once a week with Kruu Keng for about 2 months now. My work schedule has limited the time that I can devote to studying, however, I am improving, and getting more comfortable with the language. Keng is an excellent, patient, positive and organized teacher. I am very pleased with her teaching style and good teaching materials. On our first lesson, we discussed about my goals and my reasons for studying the Thai language and from then on, she makes sure that the topics that we cover are tailor fit to my goals. I am happy with the results because after just few lessons with her, I can now do basic conversations with Thai locals especially when I travel on weekends/holidays. I would gladly recommend her to anyone interested in learning Thai.
