Marijose Padilla

Marijose is a very good teacher. We have very fun classes and she teaches me a lot. I recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Spanish from a very fun, funny, and kind teacher.

It’s always a pleasure talking with Mari. There’s always something new to talk about and she’s very patient while I stumble through explaining myself. She also does a good job of letting me know what I need to fix in a graceful way that flows well with the learning experience. If you are hoping not only to learn Spanish, but to learn it in an enjoyable way then stop and chat with Marijose!

Majo is a great teacher. She’s patient and kind, but she will push you to help you make progress. Also, she graciously puts up with my terrible sense of humor. I’ve really enjoyed taking lessons from her and have improved a lot.

Marijose is very good at working with me on my weak areas; for example, today we worked on the Pretérito Indefinido and Pretérito Imperfecto tenses. After each class I have a much better understanding of the concepts we discussed. She is very patient with my mistakes and interruptions, so I am learning a lot from her.
