Today Zoraida reviewed the different uses of “estar por” and “estar para” with me and then we practiced with them in conversational situations. Zoraida corrected my mistakes, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I understood the differences and correct uses of both. It has been extremely fun and productive to review challenging concepts and different verbs with multiple uses and those with pronominal/non-pronominal forms over the past several months. I am learning so much and improving each class. She always has suggestions for topics for the following class, but I also can tell her if there is something specific that has been causing me problems, and she will prepare a class related to that instead. I highly recommend her as a Spanish tutor.

Another great lesson learning about the different uses of the verb 'pasar'. I have been learning Spanish for years but its only since my classes with Zoraida have I really had the opportunity to dive in verbs like this, which is extremely useful for expanding my vocabulary. Zoraida is very helpful and supportive, and never makes me feel uneasy if I get things wrong. Ella es estupenda ✨😎

My first lesson back after a few weeks but was back in the swing of things in no time thanks to Zoraida creating a relaxed and encouraging environment!
