Hi, would anyone be interested in a Japanese-English language exchange?
はじめまして。 I'm Riko from Japan, looking for a language exchange partner to help keep each other accountable. Ideally, we could have online conversations in both Japanese and English once or several times a week. (But let's accommodate our schedules and expectations together!)
I grew up in Hyogo, studied in Kyoto, and worked in Osaka, so I can also speak in the Kansai dialect if you're interested!
I recently finished my master’s studies in Netherlands, which was conducted in English. But since I mostly focused on academic work, I still feel awkward when speaking in casual English. That’s why I'd love to start regular conversation sessions with someone who share the same goal now that I’ve graduated.
I love design and art as they're my major, and I’m also interested in psychology and fitness as hobbies. But I enjoy learning new things in general, so I’m open to talking about your interests too and would love to broaden my horizons!
