日本の国立教育大学在学中に2年間休学し、ロンドンのChelsea College of Art and Design（現・Chelsea College of Arts, UAL）へ入学。日英両方の大学に在籍しながらテキスタイルデザインを学び、日本の大学を卒業後もそのままイギリスに残り、合計12年間を英国で過ごしました。
英国アパレル会社では8年間、新入社員・アルバイトスタッフの育成・マネジメント、日本代理店との通訳、販売・顧客管理、店長業務を経験しました。

All of the tone struggles, countless characters and diverse accents can sometimes really give Chinese learners the headache. Let’s talk it all through and hopefully it eases up our frustration.

こんにちは！Atsushiです。
北海道、千歳市の気温は15℃ぐらいですが、とても寒く感じます。

今日は、日本語のレッスンでおもしろい話をしていたので、紹介しますね。

日本語には、食べる時の食感の表現がいくつかあります。
その中の、カリカリとサクサクの違いについて話していました。どんな違いがあるかわかりますか？

僕のイメージでは、
カリカリは揚げ物の食感に使うことが多いですね。
少しだけ固いものを食べる時に使います。
例えば、カリカリのベーコンとか、アーモンドなどにも使いますね。

続いて、サクサクです。
これは、カリカリよりももう少し柔らかいイメージです。
例えば、天ぷらやトンカツなど、軽い食感のものの時に使います。

人によって少し違うかもしれませんが、そんな感じですね。
また他の言葉も取り上げてみようと思います。
