Facendo ciò avreste la possibilità di creare un dialogo interiore in italiano, creando una connessione incredibile con questa lingua.
 
Questa puntata è una semplice meditazione guidata dove realizzo: tecniche di respirazione mindfulness, un piccolo scanner corporale, do alcuni consigli su come meditare.
