Mostly Conversation Practice! Speak it till you make it! As a teacher I always try to figure out what each individual person needs to practice. That is why I like to have a simple conversation the first lesson and ask what the student wants to study and see what level they are in. I always try to make the lesson contents according to the students level. While teaching I always try to make sure my students speaks and expresses themselves as much as possible and I'll always encourage them and also fill in the blanks to give them a little push so they won't be stopping in the middle of the sentence.

I conduct a detailed journal of what I have been doing with my student, I write down every session, thus it is easy for me to check what we did on our past sessions. I used to teach more conventionally, meaning with my students being in the same room as me. In 2021 I started using Skype for my classes and things work out very well.
