There is so much new information in our world. A key skill in this course is learning to listen for the important information. This course offers a lot of practice for speaking skills and conversation skills. There are many listening exercises to help the student understand others and communicate more confidently. Students will learn vocabulary, follow written exercises, and practice their listening, reading and speaking skills. NOTE: The class length is "1 hour" to allow us to complete a whole half-unit of each chapter. The actual class time will be 57 mins to allow for a smooth transfer between classes.
