вызывать дискомфорт- to cause discomfort,
назойливый- importunate,
попадаться на глаза= быть замеченным, привлекать внимание,
мелкие дела= дела, не требующий много времени и концентрации,
переработка= больше работы, чем нужно,
эмоциональное выгорание- emotional burnout,
растягивать задачу, время= делать слишком долго
сидеть в Тиктоке или Инстаграме, сидеть- (here) to surf
