能看见太阳和月亮，不能说眼睛好。
能听见打雷的声音，不能说耳朵好。
所以，那些很会打仗的将军，他们赢，是因为打败了本来就容易打败的敌人。他们的胜利看起来很简单，没有特别厉害的名声。为什么呢？因为他们只在有把握赢的时候才打仗。他们先让自己变得很强，不会输，然后才找机会去打敌人。不会打仗的将军呢？他们是先冲上去打，然后希望能在打的过程中找到赢的办法。真正会打仗的人，会管理好国家，遵守规则，这样他们才能控制战争的输赢。
