운동도 안 하고, 굶기만 했잖아요. 굶는 건 안 좋아요.
老婆, 你上次说减肥, 也不运动, 就饿肚子。饿肚子不好。 

이번에는 달라요. 큰맘 먹고 필라테스도 등록했거든요. 
这次可不一样。我下了很大的决心还报了普拉提呢。

In this episode we are going to learn how to talk about【Weekend plan】.

As a beginner, there're some vocabularies that you didn't learn before, and native speaker's speed seems too fast to understand. But don't worry, let's do it step by step. 
1st time: listen and catch the words you know alreay, have a guess about the content.
2nd time: look at the text to check if you guessed it right. 
3rd time: listen one more time, repeat after it.
4th time: practise until you can speak as the normal speed without looking at the text.

明天是星期六。天气很好。
míng tiān shì xīng qī liù 。 tiān qì hěn hǎo 。
Tomorrow is Saturday. The weather is good.
我想和朋友一起出去。
wǒ xiǎng hé péng yǒu yì qǐ chū qù 。
I want to go out with my friends.
早上9点我们去麦当劳吃早饭。
zǎo shàng jiǔ diǎn wǒ men qù mài dāng láo chī zǎo fàn 。
At 9 o 'clock in the morning we go to McDonald's for breakfast.
上午我们在图书馆看书。
shàng wǔ wǒ men zài tú shū guǎn kàn shū 。
We read books in the library in the morning(A.M.).

At noon we go to have Chinese food.

In the afternoon we chat in the park.
晚上7点我们去吃日本菜。
wǎn shàng qī diǎn wǒ men qù chī rì běn cài 。
At 7:00 in the evening we go to eat Japanese food.
8点半我们去看电影。
bā diǎn bàn wǒ men qù kàn diàn yǐng 。
We go to the cinema at 8:30.
10点半我们回家。
shí diǎn bàn wǒ men huí jiā 。
We go home at 10:30.

日本語学習におけるメリットについてはこんな感じです。
人によってもっといろいろあると思います。
これが186回の話でした。


で、今回は、言語以外に得られる良いことを話します。
これも人によると思いますが、僕が思う良いことを話します。

それぞれの国の、文化や習慣、考え方など、本当のことを知ることができます。表面的な情報だったり、一般的なことは、ネットでも調べることができます。

その国で生活している人の生の声を聞ける機会はそんなにないと思います。その国のことはその国の人にしかわからないこともあると思います。

そんな話が聞けるのは、直接話ができる時だけですね。
ネットのニュースには、そういう、本当に知りたいことはなかなか見つからないです。

みなさんにとっては、日本が実際にはどんな国なのか、僕や日本語の先生から聞くことができます。個人的にはみなさんからも、それぞれの国の今の話を聞けます。これは、本当に勉強になります。
