Nihongo Short Story by Noriko

その晩おそく、ゴーシュは何か大きな黒いものをしょって 自分のうちへ帰ってきました。うちといってもそれは町はずれの 川ばたにある 壊れた水車小屋で、ゴーシュはそこにたった一人で住んでいて 午前は小屋のまわりの小さな畑でトマトの枝をきったり キャベジの虫をひろったりして ひるすぎになると いつも出て行っていたのです。ゴーシュがうちへ入ってあかりをつけると さっきの黒い包みをあけました。それは何でもない あの夕方のごつごつしたセロでした。ゴーシュはそれを床の上にそっと置くと、いきなり棚たなからコップをとって バケツの水をごくごくのみました。
それから頭を一つふって 椅子へかけると まるで虎みたいな勢いで ひるの譜を弾きはじめました。譜をめくりながら 弾いては考え 考えては弾き 一生けん命しまいまで行くと またはじめから なんべんもなんべんも ごうごうごうごう 弾きつづけました。
夜中もとうに過ぎて しまいはもう自分が弾いているのかも わからないようになって 顔もまっ赤になり 眼もまるで血走って とてもものすごい顔つきになり いまにも倒れるかと思うように見えました。
そのとき 誰か うしろの扉とを とんとんと叩くものがありました。
「ホーシュ君か。」ゴーシュはねぼけたように叫びました。ところが すうと扉を押してはいって来たのは今まで五,六ぺん見たことのある 大きな三毛猫ねこでした。
ゴーシュの畑からとった 半分熟したトマトを さも重そうに持ってきて ゴーシュの前におろしていいました。
「ああくたびれた。なかなか運搬は ひどいやな。」
「何だと」ゴーシュがききました。
「これおみやです。たべてください。」三毛猫がいいました。
　ゴーシュはひるからのむしゃくしゃを 一ぺんに どなりつけました。
「誰がきさまにトマトなど持ってこいといった。第一 おれがきさまらのもってきたものなど食うか。それから そのトマトだって おれの畑のやつだ。何だ。赤くもならないやつをむしって。今までもトマトの茎をかじったり けちらしたりしたのは おまえだろう。行ってしまえ。ねこめ。」

Enttäuschungen sind ein Teil unseres Lebens. Aber was bedeutet das Wort "Enttäuschung" eigentlich? Wenn wir es genauer betrachten, sehen wir, dass das Wort "täuschen" darin steckt. Täuschen bedeutet, dass wir etwas falsch oder anders sehen, als es wirklich ist. Das "ent-" am Anfang bedeutet, dass etwas rückgängig gemacht oder entfernt wird. Also heißt Enttäuschung, dass die Täuschung entfernt wird und wir die Wahrheit sehen.
Stell dir vor, du freust dich sehr auf einen Ausflug mit Freunden. Ihr plant, ins Schwimmbad zu gehen und habt euch schon lange darauf gefreut. Am Tag des Ausflugs regnet es jedoch stark, und ihr müsst zu Hause bleiben. Das ist eine Enttäuschung, weil du dachtest, ihr habt einen schönen Tag, aber dann passiert etwas anderes.
Oder denk an ein Geschenk, das du dir zum Geburtstag wünschst. Du denkst die ganze Zeit daran, weil du es dir sehr wünschst. Dann kommt dein Geburtstag und du bekommst das Geschenk nicht. Du bist enttäuscht, weil du etwas anderes erwartet hast.
Manchmal können auch Menschen uns enttäuschen. Stell dir vor, dein allerbester Freund verspricht dir, dir bei einem wichtigen Projekt zu helfen. Du verlässt dich darauf und freust dich auf seine Unterstützung. Doch am Tag, an dem ihr arbeiten wollt, sagt er plötzlich ab. Du bist enttäuscht, weil du auf ihn gezählt hast und er sein Versprechen nicht gehalten hat.
Ein anderes Beispiel: Du vertraust jemandem ein Geheimnis an, weil du denkst, dass diese Person es für sich behält. Doch dann erfährst du, dass sie es weitererzählt hat. Du bist enttäuscht, weil du dachtest, du könntest dieser Person vertrauen.
Enttäuschungen können uns traurig machen, aber sie sind auch extrem wichtig. Sie zeigen uns die Wahrheit und helfen uns, realistischer zu denken. Wir lernen, dass nicht immer alles so kommt, wie wir es wollen. Aber wir lernen auch, mit diesen Gefühlen umzugehen und weiterzumachen. Enttäuschungen gehören zum Leben dazu und sie machen uns stärker.

When it was.
Why you were so busy.
How you managed it.
And explain how you felt about being so busy.





“ One of the busiest times I experienced was about 3 months ago, when I had to finish a very important and difficult assignment in order to graduate in my major, business management. 

I had only 2 weeks to complete this paper, and if I didn't meet the deadline, I would automatically fail my finals, as well as being unable to graduate, so it was of great importance to me. I also had a part-time job at this time, which took up a lot of my time and didn’t actually leave much time to complete my paper. 

The assignment was also very challenging, certainly  no walk in the park  and I needed to do a lot of research as well as collect a lot of data before I could even start to brainstorm ideas on how I would complete it. This meant I had to burn the midnight oil, and pull a few all nighters to be certain of having it finished to meet the deadline.

Although I didn’t exactly enjoy being so busy and under so much pressure, I felt very proud and satisfied to have completed the assignment after working all the hours god sent me. I was on cloud nine when I received my grade and discovered I got a straight A for the paper, and could now look forward to graduating.
