你有没有睡午觉的习惯呢？很多中国人都有睡午觉的习惯。
如果你问一个在美国公司工作的中国人：“工作当中最不适应的地方是什么？”
很多人可能会想到文化差异、语言、思维方式（想问题的方式）等等常见的话题。其实，首先让他们不习惯的是：中午不方便睡觉

不同的办公室文化，是因为每个国家都有不同历史文化传统。对讲求个人空间和隐私的美国人来说，在办公室呼呼大睡，是非常不合适的。这时候，人们一般会喝一杯咖啡。

午睡、睡午觉在美国办公室文化中很少见到，但科学家开始研究午睡对午餐后困倦(post-lunch dip)的作用。睡眠专家David Dinges指出，在办公室、工厂和别的工作环境，人们在吃午饭以后的时段比别的上班时间更容易犯错误。也有科学家说，60分钟到90分钟的午睡，可以提高你的记忆力。
