While you won’t know the interview questions ahead of time, most behavioral interviews will focus on various work-related challenges that demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving, and situations that showcase leadership skills, conflict resolution and performance under pressure. 

Here is one example of how to answer popular a behavioral interview question using the STAR method:

le soir: à noite, in the evening
lundi soir : segunda à noite, Monday evening

今天想和大家聊一聊【味道】。
你知道味道是什么意思吗？在英语中我们有taste和smell，一个是通过嘴巴，一个是通过鼻子，在中文里都叫味道。
东西吃到嘴里，有酸甜苦咸四种味道。有人说辣也是味道，其实辣是痛觉，不是味觉。酸的东西有柠檬、醋；甜的东西有糖、蛋糕；苦的东西有咖啡、苦瓜，咸的东西有盐和酱油。一盘菜很好吃，我们可以说“这盘菜味道很好。”
鼻子可以闻到的味道也有很多，例如，花的香味、饭菜的香味，酒精、汽油的气味，还有夏天出了汗以后身上的臭味。如果一个房间很脏很臭，你可以说“这个房间味道真难闻。”
你可能会听到这样的话“这本书越看越有味道。”这里的味道就不是书的味道了，是说这本书很有意思，很吸引你。我们还可以说“她穿这件裙子很有味道。”意思是说这件裙子很适合她，她穿起来很有女人味。有“女人味”这个说法，自然也有“男人味”。当然，这些都是传统的定义，现在的人更追求个性，而不是女人就该有“女人味”，男人就该有“男人味”。
