Delam gerefte                                                                                                                                     دلم گرفته
"Del" in Farsi is "heart" and I would translate "gerefte" to "gloomy" :) so you can use "Delam gerefte" when your heart is gloomy :) meaning you don't feel good, you are not in the mood for anything and kind of depressed (but it's temporary).
سلام بچه‌ها من و خواهرم صفورا اومدیم با یه اصطلاح پرکاربرد دیگه "دلم گرفته" 
دیدین بعضی وقتا ناراحتین، توی خونه هستین، دم غروب هوا داره تاریک میشه چه حسی بهتون دست میده؟ در این مواقع ما میگیم "دلم گرفته". خب من و صفورا در قالب یک مکالمه این اصطلاح رو به شما یاد می دیم. خب سفر سناریو چیه؟ که من توی اتاق نشستم و شکیبا میاد بهم سر بزنه. دقیقا! خب آماده ای؟بزن بریم!
 صفورا؟
بله؟
 چیه؟ چیزی شده؟
 نه چیزی نیست!
 مطمئنی؟ حس میکنم یه کم ناراحتی؟
 نمی‌دونم... دلم گرفته!
 عزیزم اشکال نداره پیش میاد. می‌خوای بریم بیرون؟
 باشه! بریم!
دقیقا... پس ما این اصطلاح رو وقتی استفاده می‌کنیم که توی خونه، دم غروب... اون حسه میاد سراغمون! می‌تونیم بگیم "دلم گرفته" درسته؟ دقیقا. دقیقا... امیدوارم که از درس امروز خوشتون اومده باشه وتا درس بعدی خدانگهدار
