命令形ですね。「行きます」はグループ１です。イ→エです。「行きます」は「いけ」です。「およぎます」は「およげ」です。「にげます」これはグループ２です。グループ２は「ます」ありません。「ます」ドロップです。「にげます」は「にげろ」です。「来ます」はグループ３ですね。「来ます」は「来い」です。

応援は、どんどん気持ちが高まりますね。I'was feeling more and more excited.

これは禁止形ですね。「あるきます」グループ１です。グループ１はイ→ウです。「あるきます」は「あるくな」です。「落ちます」「おちるな」ですね。「負ける」これはグループ２ですね。「負ける」は「負けるな」です。「たおれる」→「たおれるな」です。グループ３は、来る→来るなです。

みなさんは、日本に来たことがありますか。
街中（まちなか）は漢字、ひらがな、カタカナ、ローマ字、英語、中国語、韓国語とたくさんの言語が書いてあります。
漢字はむずかしいですね。「あれは何と書いてありますか」と聞いてください。「『あれは寿司（すし）』と読みます」と教えてくれます。そして、いろんなマークもあります。「あれはどんな意味ですか」と聞いてください。「『あれは止まれ』という意味です」と教えてくれます。
でも、日本人が話す日本語は、はやいですね。お願いしてください「すみません、ゆっくりはなしてください」と。
日本語はていねいな表現（ひょうげん）が多いです。相手（あいて）がていねいな表現で話すと、もっとむずかしいですね。
例えば「もうしわけありません。ただいま田中は席を外しております」
「あーそうですか。では、私から電話（でんわ）があったことを伝えていただけませんか」とビジネスの現場では、ていねいな言葉をつかいます。わかりますか。

If that burden becomes too heavy, the lack of confidence can trigger some physical issues. Anxiety, shortness of breath, stress, sweating, and other symptoms can often be traced back to feelings of insecurity.
