最近、桜が咲き始めたというニュースを見るようになりました。
東京の 桜は ２８日ごろ 満開に なるそうです。
日本にいたときは桜を見て、春が来たことを感じていました。
日本で桜を見たいという生徒さんの声をよく聞きます。
この2年はコロナのせいで、外国人は日本に旅行することができませんでした。来年の春は外国人のみなさんも日本で桜を楽しむことができればいいですね。
ところで、みなさんは「花より団子（だんご）」という言葉を知っていますか？
食べられない花より、団子のほうがいいという意味のことわざです。
ちなみに私は両方楽しみたい派（は）です。桜を見て、桜餅（さくらもち）を食べることは私の春の楽しみの一つです。

Instead of skipping your study session, try to do something manageable, even if it’s just for 5 or 10 minutes. Once you take a break from studying for too long, it becomes increasingly tempting to stay in that “rest mode.” We’ve all experienced this—one day off turns into two, and suddenly a week has gone by. The longer you rest, the harder it becomes to start again. This is not just a language learning issue; it’s a cognitive phenomenon called the inertia effect, where the longer we avoid an activity, the more mental resistance we build up toward starting it again.
