나: “서울역이요?” (Seoul station?)
가: “맞아요.” (That’s right!)

Let’s imagine you’re asking a native Korean about some location. 
Or you should tell a taxi driver your destination. 
You are trying to explain where to go. 
Then he or she might ask you back because he wants to make sure.
Then you want to say “that’s right! That’s where I want to go! You’re right!” 
In this case, you can use this expression.
