教科書では習わない、日本の職場で働く上で最も大切な、職場の「おはようございます」の意味を知っていますか？

クイズ：日本の会社では、午後2時に「おはようございます」を使うことがある？　【 Yes / No 】

・・・正解は、Yes,
例えば、用事があり午後に出社する場合や、午前中は社外でのアポイントメント、その後出社など...、出社時に同僚や先輩に会ったときは「こんにちは」ではなく「おはようございます」と言いいます。

少し不思議に思いませんか？

✨ Close your eyes
✨ Inhale slowly (4 seconds)
✨ Hold (4 seconds)
✨ Exhale gently (6 seconds)
✨ Repeat 3 times

Then say quietly to yourself:
💬 “My voice matters. I speak with clarity.”
