When learning English we wonder whether we need to have a certain accent. Usually American or British? But the truth is just need a neutral and clear accent to be Natively-fluent rather than sound like we're from a place we did not grow up in.

Today I am talking about fumbling and bumbling when speaking. It doesn't mean that you're not fluent, but more that you're not eloquent. Eloquence is a gift or maybe something taught over time, but nothing that you need to stress over...unless you're a public speaker.
