Khayyam - گر بر فلکم دست بدی چون یزدان

mǎ hu xiān shēnɡ 
马虎先生
zhānɡ xiān shēnɡ shì yí ɡè hěn bù xì xīn、hěn mǎ hu de rén。 
张先生是一个很不细心、很马虎的人。
tā chánɡ chánɡ xiě cuò zì，
他常常写错字，
tā yě chánɡ chánɡ rèn cuò rén， 
他也常常认错人，
suǒ yǐ dà jiā dōu jiào tā“mǎ hu xiān shēnɡ。” 
所以大家都叫他“马虎先生。”
yǒu yì tiān，zhānɡ xiān shēnɡ zài lù shànɡ kàn jiàn yí ɡè pénɡ you， 
有一天，张先生在路上看见一个朋友，
tā shuō：“hāi，wánɡ lǎo shī，nǐ hǎo mɑ？” 
他说：“嗨，王老师，你好吗？”
nà ɡè rén hái méi huí dá，zhānɡ xiān shēnɡ yòu shuō： 
那个人还没回答，张先生又说：

This is because there’s intrinsic motivation (which is interest that comes from inside you) and extrinsic motivation (which are rewards and incentives that come from outside you). To keep moving forward, it helps to know which type of motivation works best for you.
