おはようございます。日本語だんだんポットキャストのゆかりです。

私はいま、トルコに旅行にきています。

トルコの料理(りょうり)はとても、
おいしいです。

パンもお米(こめ)もおいしいです。

豚肉(ぶたにく)はありませんが、
鶏肉(とりにく)や牛肉(ぎゅうにく)があります。
どちらも、とてもおいしいと思います。

そして、たまに日本の料理に、にています。

日本の料理の味付(あじつ)けに、にています。

"味付け"とは、料理で味(あじ)をつけることです。

たとえば、

「塩(しお)で味付けをする。」

「今日の味付けは、
ちょっとうすいかもしれない。どうかな？」

といいます。

私はトルコの料理を食(た)べて、

日本の味付けににているなぁ、と思いました。

だから、すこし、なつかしいです。

私のすきな味付けです。

みなさんは、すきな味付けはありますか？
