Cliente: Salve, vorrei affittare una macchina dal 13 al 17 Febbraio.
Impiegata: quale tipo di macchina preferirebbe?
Cliente: Mah, una macchina piccola… una citycar. 
Impiegata: Preferisce il cambio automatico o manuale?
Cliente: Manuale
Impiegata: Abbiamo una Toyota Aygo o una Fiat 500, una Smart fortwo. 
Cliente: Una Smart fortwo. 
Impiegata: Perfetto.
Cliente: Quanto viene al giorno?
Impiegata: Sono 50 euro al giorno con km illimitati e assicurazione inclusa.
