Salesperson (Lily):
This jacket fits you really well! Would you like to size up and try a bigger size?

Customer (Jorge, confused):
Size up? You mean bigger size?

Lily (nodding):
Yes, exactly! "Size up" just means trying a larger size than the one you have.

Jorge (scratching his head):
Hmm… Size up? You mean, when I grow bigger?

Lily (laughing):
Haha, no, no! "Size up" just means trying a bigger jacket. Not growing, just a bigger size!

Jorge (still confused):
So… Size up means I wear bigger clothes, but I don’t grow taller?

Lily (smiling):
Yes! "Size up" means getting a bigger size of the same jacket. You don’t need to grow taller for that!

Jorge (nodding, still unsure):
Okay, okay, I try bigger size jacket. I think I understand!

Jorge (curious):
By the way, your English is really good. How do you speak so well?

Lily:
Well, I took speaking lessons with Teacher Smith on italki! She’s amazing for improving English.

Jorge:
Really? How I book  lesson with her?

Lily:

Hej, z tej strony Anka, a to jest już szósty  odcinek podcastu Polish is fun. W tym odcinku dam ci kilka bardzo prostych rad, co zrobić aby jak najwięcej skorzystać z lekcji języka polskiego. Oczywiście,  reguły te odnoszą się także do innych języków.

Dobrze, zaczynamy. 
Czyli zdecydowałeś się uczyć zdalnie języka polskiego i znalazłeś fajnego nauczyciela, starasz się mieć lekcje regularnie, ale tak naprawdę to nie widzisz jakiś fantastycznych rezultatów. 
Co możesz zrobić  w takiej sytuacji ?...

意味は、ほかの、べつの、とかそんな感じです。

例えば、

・他人ーほかのひと

・その他ーそれ以外のもの、あとの全部

・自他ー自分と他の人

・利他ー自分よりも他の人に利益を与えること

・排他ー他を受け入れないこと


こんな感じですね。
これを使って例文を作っていきましょう！

・あの人は他人行儀なところがあります。

・アンケートの結果は賛成、反対、その他です。

・私は自他ともに認める、方向おんちです。

・あの人はいつも人を優先する利他的な人です。

・彼は他の人の意見を受け入れない排他的なところがある。
