#2 - Dicas para aprender português

こんにちは～！マルハバ！サウジの日本語の先生、佳子です＾＾
みなさんー！元気ですかー？私はいつも通り元気ですよー！
今日は「自然災害」について話します。
前回、私が住んでいる地域で雨が降ったという話をしましたね。そのエピソードをアップロードした日、なんとサウジで「豪雨」がありました。「豪雨」とは「激しい勢いで大量に降る雨」のことです。「大雨」とほぼ同じ意味ですが、基本的に短時間でたくさん雨が降るときに使います。午前11時半くらいから雨がたくさん降ってきて、雷も鳴っていました。日本に住んでいた時はこんなの日常茶飯事だったけど、サウジでは全然雨や雷がないので、ちょっと新鮮でした。息子も久しぶりの大雨を眺めるのを楽しんでいました。単なる豪雨かと思っていたのですが、夜、夫がYoutubeのニュース動画を見せてくれました。私たちの街から車で2,30分の町では雹が降ったり、洪水の被害がありました。まさか、ピンポン玉くらいの雹がサウジの空から降るとはほんとうに驚きました。幸いにもけが人や死者はそんなにいなかったようですが、車のガラスが割れたり、たくさんの車が水につかって使えなくなりました。
サウジでは地震や台風、山火事などの自然災害は、ほとんどないです。自然災害といえば、今回のような洪水が10年に1度ほど起こります。自然災害が多い日本と比べると本当に安心して暮らせます。そして家が頑丈なので強風や地震、ちょっとした火事で壊れることもなさそうです。

Comerse unos taquitos en la banqueta es la primera fila de un espectáculo de suadero que se susurra lentamente al hervor del aceite en comales hondos, del oloroso vapor de los tacos sudados y del pastor que se dora y rebana con habilidad, vuela la piña, cebolla, cilantro, salsas, unos pedazos de limón y ¡salen cinco!

Es un ritual nocturno, a veces también mañanero, durante décadas varias taquerías se han ganado la fidelidad de los glotones, porque los chilangos podrán no tener contador, pero sí un taquero de confianza.

La Ciudad de México es el estado con más taquerías en el país, según el mapa llamado “Universo del Taco”, creado en 2019 por el el geógrafo Baruch Sanginés, quien mapeó 1.6 millones de lugares basado en datos del Directorio Estadístico Nacional de Unidades Económicas del Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía (INEGI).

“Aquí en Ciudad de México prácticamente te podría decir que 95 por ciento de la gente tiene un puesto de tacos a 400 metros de su casa, no importa dónde vivas, casi casi a 400 metros vas a tener un puesto a la mano. Eso habla de la popularidad del taco”.

los clásicos de suadero, longaniza, pastor, bistec o campechanos, pero si se piden “con cochi” se les echa encima un aderezo grasoso que surge de los restos de carne quemados en el comal.

Existen tacos monumentales, de tortilla grande, con copia, cebollitas y nopales para acompañar la carne: bistec, milanesa, longaniza, chuleta, enchilada, alambre campechanos o pechuga.

Por si fuera poco, puedes terminar de armar esa montaña de sabor con jícamas, pepinos, pico de gallo con chicharrón y salsa.

Hay de todo: suadero, tripa, longaniza, pastor, cabeza, bistec, chuleta, pechuga, lengua, sesos, arrachera, costilla, “machos”, en tortilla de maíz, de harina, tortas, “suaquesos”, “choquesos” y gringas.
