Planning has begun on a new, car-free town which the authorities plan to locate on waste ground, close to the Condolanda power plant. It will consist of houses, parks and public transport facilities, as well as public buildings such as a police station, a secondary school, town hall, etc. There will be commercial buildings including a shopping mall, office blocks, retail stores and a medical centre. There will also be a large area of modem apartment blocks, and residents will welcome the addition of a nearby leisure centre. The heating for all the buildings will come at low cost from the power plant.

Como siempre, este vídeo también está dividido en tres partes principales: primero escucharás la conversación a una velocidad lenta y podrás leer el texto en la pantalla, luego en la segunda parte recibirás una corta explicación sobre las expresiones y el vocabulario más avanzado que se usó en la conversación y finalmente en la última parte escucharás nuevamente el diálogo pero a una velocidad normal, para que así pongas a prueba lo que has aprendido. 意味は、人々、生活する人、とかです。

例えば、

・住民ーじゅうみん(Residents) その土地に住んでいる人

・国民ーこくみん(People of a nation)その国の国籍を持つ人　国籍ーNationality

・市民ーしみん (City residents) その市に住む人

・民間ーみんかん　(private) 一般の、公的ではない

・移民ーいみん (immigration) 他の国にうつって住む人

こんな感じですね。
これを使って例文を作っていきましょう！

・この地域の住民はとてもおだやかです。

・日本の国民はルールを重要にします。

・ここは市民が利用できる図書館です。

・公務員ではなく、民間企業に就職したいと考えています。

・移民の問題はますますむずかしくなっています。
