Step 1: Listen and catch the words you know already, have a guess about the content.

zhè shì cài dān 。 nín kàn yí xià yào chī shén me ？
Here's the menu. Take your time to see what you want to eat.
B: 好的。我们先看一下。
hǎo de 。 wǒ men xiān kàn yí xià 。
Okay, We'll take a look first.
【五分钟后】
wǔ fēn zhōng hòu
Five minutes later
B: 你好，这边点菜。
nǐ hǎo ， zhè biān diǎn cài 。
Excuse me, We'd like to order here.
A: 您吃点儿什么？
nín chī diǎnr shén me ？
What would you like to eat?
B: 有什么推荐的菜吗？
yǒu shén me tuī jiàn de cài ma ？
Any recommended dishes?
A: 烤鸭是我们的招牌菜，您可以试试。
kǎo yā shì wǒ men de zhāo pái cài ， nín kě yǐ shì shì 。
Roast duck is our signature dish, you can have a try.
B: 那来一份烤鸭、一个鸡汤、一个麻婆豆腐和一盘青菜。

Then a roast duck, a chicken soup, a mapo tofu and a plate of green vegetables.

くらべている時ですね。（くらべます：compare）の時に使います。 
はい、で、もう一度（いちど）言いますが、

と言ってもオッケーです。うん、You don‘t need to be afraid to make a mistake.　ですよ。
はい。じゃあ、みなさん、えー、下のフォーマットを使って3つ文を作ってください。これ、あなたの国を主語(しゅご）subjectにして、文を作ってください。

③ では　なかなか～ことができません。
