百年前，早茶文化就已经盛行广州，慢慢演变成一种习俗，一种根深蒂固的传统。
A hundred years ago, morning tea culture has been preveiling in Guanghou, slowly evolved into a custom, a deep-rooted tradition. 

“一盅两件”，广式早茶文化俗称。一壶茶，两笼点心。早茶，早茶，有点醉翁之意不在酒，其包含的不仅仅是茶，更是种类繁多、精美可口的点心，甚至是“老广”慢悠悠消磨一上午的生活方式。
“Yī zhōng liǎng jiàn” ,guǎngshì zǎochá wénhuà súchēng。Yī hú chá, liǎng lóng diǎnxīn。Zǎochá, zǎochá, yóudiǎn zuìwēngzhīyìbúzàijiù, qí bāohán de bùjǐnjǐn shì chá, gèng shì zhǒnglèi fánduō, jīngměi kékǒu de diǎnxīn, shènzhì shǐ "Láoguǎng" mànyōuyōu xiāomó yī shàngwǔ de shēnghuó fāngshì。
'One cup and two pieces' is commonly known as Cantonese morning tea, morning tea, a little drunk weng's meaning is not wine, it contains not only tea, but also a wide variety of exquisite and delicious snacks, and even ' Lao Guang' leisurely spend a morning life.

It is easy to KEEP IN TOUCH with my friend, when I always BUMP INTO them walking their dog who loves URGENTLY BARKING at me every weekend.

My job is a stock investor and my hobby is hiking.  Last weekend after my last STOCK TAKING of the day, I ended up in the EMERGENCY room after a tree fell on my leg. I told the doctor the tree BARK scratched my skin, but the x-ray showed a broken bone. The doctor insisted to KEEP IN CONTACT if I experience new pain and to stay in the hospital for URGENT care.

La gastronomía mexicana es sin duda una de las mejores de todo el mundo, hay tantos sabores y colores que hacen fácil de reconocer todos estos platillos tan tradicionales de México, pero... ¿Alguna vez te has preguntado cuál es el ingrediente clave que da vida a todos los platillos mexicanos? ¿Qué da vida a los tan famosísimos tacos, quesadillas, huaraches, etc? ¿Qué hace que todo esto sepa tan rico?
La respuesta es muy sencilla: EL MAÍZ. Éste es el ingrediente secreto que da origen a toda la gastronomía mexicana, y no exagero al decir que sin el maíz México se muere.
En este episodio hablaremos de la importancia que tiene el maíz en la comida mexicana así como también mencionaremos varios de los platillos más comunes que sin el maíz no existirían.
