こんにちは。Japanese Happy Life Podcast のゆりです。このPodcast は、日本語を勉強しているみなさんのためのPodcast です。
この音楽はきいたとこがありますか？これは日本の正月によく聞く音楽です。尺八（しゃくはち）と、琴（こと）という楽器を使って曲を弾いています。
今日は、日本の「正月」について話します。
”正月”とは、一年の中でも一番めでたい日で、一番特別な日です。１月１日から１月７日までを”正月”と呼びます。一年で一番日本らしいものが見ることができる日です。
たくさんの会社が１月１日から１月３日まで休みになります。
家族でゆっくり過ごす過程が多いです。正月は、汁物に”おもち”や”野菜”を入れた「雑煮」を食べます。入れる野菜やおもちにも意味があります。とてもおいしいです。みなさん、食べてみてください。
それから、正月になって初めて会う人には、特別な挨拶があります。
★「あけまして、おめでとうございます」★と言います。新しい年が始まりました。とてもめでたいです。「あけまして、おめでとうございます」を言います。
三井名さんも、2024年初めて会う人にはこの言葉を使ってください♪

In questo episodio parleremo nuovamente di apprendimento linguistico e  vi dirò la mia opinione sullo studiare più di una lingua allo stesso tempo. Amo ricordare che la mia opinione non è assolutamente legge e che persone diverse possono avere opinioni differenti a tal riguardo. Il mio pensiero a tal riguardo è semplicemente basato sulla mia esperienza personale nello studio delle lingue straniere.

Studiare due lingue allo stesso tempo, sogno o realtà?

日本は2013年の統計では約8470万人が仏教徒だとされています。				
一方で、現代の日本人は特定の信仰宗教を持たず、自分を仏教徒だと強く意識する機会が少ない人も多いです。				
広い意味では99%の日本人が仏教徒だとされています。				
多くの日本人はお正月や何か頼み事があるときに、神社へお参りに行きます。				
				
インド発祥の仏教は、インドから中国、朝鮮半島を通って、５３０年ごろ日本へ伝えられました。				
北のルートを通って伝わったので、北伝仏教と言います。				
				
それに対して、インドからスリランカを通ってタイやミャンマーなどの東南アジアに伝わったものを				
南伝仏教　と言います。南のルートから伝わったので、日本の仏教とは少し種類が違います。				
				
当時は、日本に仏教を取り入れるか、取り入れないかで、争いが起きました。				
その結果仏教を信じる人たちが勝ったため、日本に伝わりました。				
				
710年から始まる奈良時代には、「道教」というお坊さんが仏教の力を使って政治の権力をにぎり、仏教と政治の関わりが強くなります。				
				
その後７９４年から始まる平安時代の天皇が、仏教の影、響力を弱めるために、都を新しく移します。そして修行がとても厳しい「密教」という仏教を「空海」という日本のお坊さんが中国に学びに行き、日本へ伝わりました。				
世界遺産にもなった和歌山県にある「高野山」は密教の聖地となっています。
密教は修行が厳しいため、仏教は政治に関わりと持たなくなりました。

How to get a PROMOTION - Business English tips and vocabulary lesson

        为了看日出，我常常早起。那时天还没有大亮，周围很静，只听见船里机器的声音。
        天空还是一片浅蓝，很浅很浅的。转眼间，天水相接的地方出现了一道红霞。红霞的范围慢慢扩
大，越来越亮。我知道太阳就要从天边升起来了，便目不转睛地望着那里。
        果然，过了一会儿，那里出现了太阳的小半边脸，红是红得很，却没有亮光。太阳像负着什么重担
似的，慢慢地，一纵一纵地，使劲儿向上升。到了最后，它终干冲破了云需，完全跳出了海面，颜色真
红得可爱。一刹那间，这深红的圆东西发出夺目的亮光，射得人眼睛发痛。它旁边的云也突然有了光
彩。

         有时候太阳躲进云里。阳光透过云缝直射到水面上，很难分辨出哪里是水，哪里是天，只看见一片
灿烂的亮光。
        有时候天边有黑云，云还很厚。太阳升起来，人看不见它。它的光芒给黑云镶了一道光亮的金边。
后来，太阳慢慢透出重围，出现在天空，把一片片云染成了紫色或者红色。这时候，不仅是太阳、云和
海水，连我自己也成了光亮的了。
        这不是伟大的奇观么?
