Common Greek expressions and phrases that do not literally translate that well into English but are extremely common in Greece, especially in Millennial/ Gen Z audiences. Slang phrases are always informal and even though they are not negative in meaning you should never use them when speaking to an elder, a person like your boss, doctor, professor etc and in general with people you do not know.

こんにちは！
Japanese daily life podcast のAtsushiです。
このPodcastは、日本語を勉強しているみなさんに向けたPodcastです。

旅行の話の続きをしますね。

前回のPodcastでは、アメリカ旅行の話していました。
大学を卒業する時に行った旅行ですね。
日本では卒業旅行といいます。

で、今回はアメリカ旅行の続き、ラスベガスへ行った話ですね。ラスベガスに行ったことありますか？僕が行った時は22歳？の時だったので、ギャンブルにも興味がないし、お金も持っていないので、カジノではほとんど遊んでません。

その時は、ユニークな形のホテルがたくさんあったので、それを見て回りました。ホテルの前でいろいろとアトラクションがあったので、それもいくつか見たと思います。

今調べてみましたが、今もいろんなホテルがありますね。
いろんな国がテーマになっているホテルがあります。
たとえば、エジプトがテーマのルクソール、
イタリアがテーマのベネチアン、
ニューヨーク、とか
いろいろありますね。

ホテルの中にジェットコースターがある場所もあります。
本当に他の場所では見られないようなホテルがたくさんありました。

そんなホテルの1つにストラトスフィアというホテルがあります。そこに大きなタワーがあって、1番上にビッグショットというアトラクションがあります。僕たちはそれに乗りました！2回！乗りました。

これはぜひYouTubeで検索して見てほしいんですけど、めっちゃおもしろかったです。

ラスベガスの夜景を見ながら、この高い場所で激しく上下に動くアトラクション、ビッグショットに乗りました。これはめずらしく、見た景色を覚えています。それぐらい特別な体験だったんだろうなと思います。

今日はラスベガスの話で終わります。
