大家好，我是Yuli。这是我的第2期播客。今天想和大家聊一聊运动的话题。
大家听说过“生命在于运动”吗？这句话告诉了我们，运动的重要性。
现代人的生活越来越忙碌，我们经常忙得没有时间好好吃饭，只能吃高热量的快餐。也经常在电脑前久坐，缺乏运动。多吃少动造成了肥胖问题。为了身体健康，大家一定要注意饮食，加强运动啊！
可能你会说，我太忙了，根本没有时间运动。那我问你，你有十分钟吗？应该有吧。十分钟其实也可以做运动的。我经常在早上起床的时候，打开KEEP，找一些十分钟左右的运动，跟着视频一起做。晚上睡前，我也会做做瑜伽，帮助睡眠。甚至在中午吃完饭的时候，可以做一做拉伸动作，放松下你的脖子、肩膀、手臂和腰部。
一开始的时候不需要做很长时间的运动，最重要的是养成运动的习惯。一开始每天十分钟，慢慢地增加时间，到二十分钟，三十分钟，一个小时。运动可以刺激大脑分泌内啡肽，使我们感到快乐。
